Our Services, including but not limited to the AI chatbot, are provided for informational, educational, and self-reflection purposes only.

Payments: All payments for our Services are processed through our third-party payment gateway provider, MacroKiosk (M) Sdn Bhd. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of MacroKiosk (M) Sdn Bhd. We do not store your full credit card or bank account information.
Pricing: All prices are listed in MYR and are subject to change without notice.
You may be able to post, upload, or otherwise submit content, such as comments and posts within the community (“User Content”).
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.
License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DCODE SDN BHD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE OR ACTIONS YOU TAKE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
